Welcome to NUFAB, a preeminent micro/nano fabrication facility at Northwestern University! It provides the whole range of nanofabrication equipment and technical expertise to Northwestern as well as external academic and industrial researchers. We support research in all areas of science, engineering, medicine, and interdisciplinary fields. We are a growing facility with a capability to accommodate research in new directions. So, feel free to contact us to discuss your innovative research ideas. 

Our state-of-the-art equipment is located in a 6000 square-foot class-100 cleanroom in Tech FG70-99 with a secondary 1800 ft2 cleanroom in Cook 4026. Tours of our facility are available.
